Steven manages Redington’s award winning team of quantitative ALM analysts. Joining Redington in 2007, Steven was the second member of the firm’s ALM team, and began his career by helping to build a foundational analytical framework on which to build this core element of Redington’s service offering. His specialities include the analysis of pension fund risk management, strategic asset allocation and optimisation.

In 2012 he was named #2 in the Actuarial Post’s list of the Top 30 Actuaries under 30.  In recent years, he has become Head of the ALM team and influences its strategic direction.
 
Steven holds an MSc in Actuarial Science from Cass Business School as well as a BA (Hons) in Mathematics from Cambridge University. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
